INSTRUCTIONS

ADJUST MESH WRISTBANDS

Insert the supplied wristband tool or a similar object into the clasp gap. Gently pull down until flat to release the full clasp movement.

Adjust it to suit the size of your wrist, you may have to try a few times to find the most suitable position. To replace the clasp insert the tool once again and gently push it back into the original position.

CHANGE NATO WRISTBANDS

Pull out the end of the wristband from the loop. Gently pull the rest of the wristband out from the watch lugs.

Get the other wristband, pull out the end of the wristband from the loop. Insert into the watch lugs and then into the loop again. Adjust to a preferred position.

CHANGE QUICK-RELEASE WRISTBANDS

If the wristband is equipped with our quick-release function, no tools are required.

Simply pull the quick-release spring to the side. Remove both the top and bottom wristband part.

Do the same thing but in vice versa when putting on the new wristband.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

TIME PERIOD & INSTRUCTIONS

As a customer you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product. Although this time period might be extended during certain circumstances, contact us at hello@n22.com.au for further information. Always contact our customer service before you return any product(s). In order to more quickly handle your case please provide the order number when contacting us.

REQUIREMENTS

For the return to be approved, the returned item(s) have to be substantially unaltered. The item should be packaged well, along with all possible accessories. Damage in transit due to inadequate packaging will be charged to your account. Put no address labels directly on their packaging without protecting the original box. You must pay for return postage unless the return is about a broken product(s) then we will repay the cost* or come to an agreement regarding reasonable compensation. Returns cannot be made as cash on delivery.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Australia

All orders over $300 will receive free shipping and returns according to our returns policy.

For all orders under $300 we charge a flat fee of $10.00 for shipping within Australia.

International

For all international orders please contact us at hello@n22.com.au to confirm shipping costs and times.

DELIVERY TIME

Your shipment will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.

For orders within Australia please allow 3-7 business days to arrive, and for all international orders please allow 7-14 business days (location dependent).

If for any unforeseen circumstance stock is unavailable we will contact you accordingly to advise of any delays.

General delivery times in Australia are 1-5 business days – for all urgent or overnight requirements please contact us for express freight option.

Please note that the delivery times can vary, due to external factors that are beyond our control (such as Australia Post, weather issues or/and customs). In some instances we cannot always guarantee these time frames. For more specific shipping information, please contact hello@n22.com.au.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once an order confirmation has been received, the customer has 3 hours (within the cut off time) to contact hello@n22.com.au to request a change of address. If past this time, we may not not be able to change the address and the item(s) will then be sent to the original address.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

If a package is unclaimed and sent back to us we will contact you about the order via the e-mail provided when placing the transaction. If we get the response to send the package again we will do so once free of charge. If we get the response that the order should be returned or if we do not get any response within seven working days we will repay the amount of the order minus the original shipping amount for the lost shipping cost.

WARRANTY

THE WARRANTY

All products sold in our web-shop have a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase under the following conditions.
Our international warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects. We guarantee that the products you ordered are free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date the product was delivered. This warranty does not apply to failures occurring during or after the altercation of the functionality and appearance. It also does not apply when external damage to the product. For service, contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to info@n22.se. Please note that the manufacturer has up to three attempts to repair the product before we are required to replace it.

INVALID WARRANTY

Note that your warranty is not valid in the following cases,
– Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch after the terms of warranty
– Damage and/or failure caused by improper use or carelessness
– Damage and/or failure caused by modifications or unjustifiable repair
– Damages and/or malfunction, caused by unauthorised persons or its representatives
– Damages to crystal, crown, strap or buckle caused by daily use
– Battery failure, please contact closest service center for a replacement
– Postage, insurance and other non-repair expenses are excluded from warranty

CERTIFICATE

Please save your confirmation e-mail or delivery receipt to serve as proof of purchase. If the product has to be replaced but no replacement is available the customer may choose a product of the same value as their replacement, wait for the same model to get back in stock or get a voucher of the same amount (valid for three years) but no cash refund will be made after 30 days of purchase.
